What should I expect during my first bodywork session?
You’ll be greeted and asked a few questions about your health and preferences. Your Artist will explain the process, make sure you’re comfortable, and leave the room while you undress to your comfort level. You’ll relax on the table under a sheet or blanket, and the practitioner will only uncover the area being worked on. -
Do I need to undress completely? Only if you want to! Most people undress to their comfort level — you can leave underwear on if you prefer. You’ll always be draped for privacy.

Will the bodywork hurt? Bodywork should never be painful. ou might feel some pressure or “good hurt” if you have tight muscles, but you should always speak up if anything feels uncomfortable. The goal is relaxation and relief.

How long does a session last? Sessions typically last 60 or 90 minutes. 120 minute sessions available for Holistic and Relaxation bodywork.

Can I ask for more or less pressure?Absolutely! Your comfort is key. Just let your Artist know at any time if you’d like more or less pressure.

Is it normal to feel sore after bodywork? Sometimes, especially after a deep tissue session or if it’s been a while since your last bodywork. It’s a bit like how you might feel after a workout. Drink plenty of water, and the soreness should pass within a day or two.

Should I tip my bodywork Artist? Tipping is appreciated, though not required. A typical tip is 15-20% of the session price, similar to other service industries. Gratuity may be included with Some elite or mobile services. You will be notified prior to purchase.

How often should I get bodywork? That depends on your needs. Some people come up to twice weekly for stress or chronic pain, while others visit monthly for maintenance. Your Artist can help you decide what works best for you.

What if I fall asleep or drool/snore during the session? No worries at all! It happens all the time and is a sign you’re truly relaxed. Your Artist won’t mind.

Can I talk during my bodywork session, or do I have to be quiet? It’s totally up to you. Some people like to chat, others prefer silence. Your Artist will follow your lead.

What if I have ticklish or sensitive areas? Just let your Artist know beforehand or during the session. They can avoid those spots or use lighter touch as needed.

Are there any health conditions that would prevent me from getting bodywork? Most people can safely enjoy bodywork, but certain conditions (like fever, contagious illness, or recent surgery) may require you to wait. Let us know your health history and we’ll guide you.

Can children or teens get bodywork? Yes,15 and older withparental consent and, for younger kids, a parent present. Bodywork can be great for kids and teens too.

What areas do you serve? We provide mobile bodywork throughout Houston Metro, Harris County, Montgomery County, Fort Bend County, Brazoria County. If you’re outside of Harris County, please contact us for availability and travel fees.

What do I need to provide for my session?
Please ensure a clean, quiet, smoke-free space with enough room for a massage table (about 6x8 feet), access to a sink for handwashing, and an environment free of pets during your treatment. -
Can I book any service or add-on for a mobile session?
All services and enhancements are available except for the Power Vibration Plate and cryotherapy, which are not offered in mobile appointments. -
Is there an extra fee for travel?
Travel within 10 miles is included. For locations beyond 10 miles, a travel fee applies. Please see our menu or contact us for details. -
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a non-refundable $100 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount is applied to your total balance. -
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We require 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel without losing your deposit. If you or anyone in your household is experiencing symptoms of illness, please let us know so we can reschedule your appointment. -
Can my therapist wear PPE?
Absolutely! If you prefer your therapist to wear PPE, just let us know when you book. -
What if my home has stairs or limited access?
For locations with more than five step/stairs, elevator access may be needed. Please let us know about any access considerations when booking. -
Are pets allowed in the room during treatment?
For safety and focus, please keep pets out of the treatment area during your session. -
What is your policy on breaches of conduct or policies?
We reserve the right to terminate a session immediately if any policies are breached, with full payment required for the scheduled service.
