Mobile Bodywork Details

Deposits:
A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your appointment. This will be applied to your total balance.

Travel Fees:

• Within 10 miles: Included

• 11–25 miles: $50 travel fee

• Over 25 miles: Please inquire for a custom quote

Service Area:
We serve Houston Metro, Harris County, Montgomery County, Fort Bend County, Brazoria County . Contact us for availability and travel quotes outside Harris County service areas.

Home Environment Requirements:

• Please ensure a clean, quiet, smoke-free space for your session.

• No pets in the treatment area during your appointment.

• For locations with more than one flight of 5 stairs, elevator access or assistance with equipment may be required.

• Adequate space for a professional table and practitioner movement (about 6x8 feet minimum).

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

• 24-hour notice required to reschedule or cancel without losing your deposit.

• Less than 24-hour notice may result in loss of deposit or additional fees.

Additional Policies:

All sessions are strictly non-sexual and professional.

Please notify us of any health conditions, allergies, or mobility concerns prior to your appointment.

If you or anyone in your household is experiencing symptoms of illness, please contact us to reschedule—your health and safety always come first.

Please ensure your therapist has access to a sink for proper handwashing before and after your session.

We reserve the right to terminate the session immediately if any policies are breached, with full payment required for the scheduled service.
